Mission Investing in Vermont: A Different Kind of Return

Across Vermont, charitable dollars are helping build affordable homes, strengthen local businesses, create jobs, and bring new life to communities.

Through the Vermont Community Foundation’s Mission Investment Pool, 5% of nearly every fund is invested right here in Vermont, putting philanthropic capital to work alongside the people and businesses shaping our state’s future.

Our newest video takes you behind the scenes to meet some of those people and see how mission investing is creating opportunities, strengthening communities, and helping more Vermonters build a life here.

This work is made possible by the generosity of our fundholders and the dedication of our nonprofit and community partners.
