On Wednesday, July 31st our DonorCentral service provider upgraded to a new server to enhance efficiency and security.
To simplify your login process, your ID and email address will now be unified. This also applies to DonorCentral users who previously used Google, Apple, or other Single Sign-On (SSO) options and users who had a different login ID from their primary email address.
Action Required
After the migration on July 31st, when you first log into DonorCentral, you will need to reset your password.
- Navigate to your DonorCentral login page.
We have two portals. If you haven’t bookmarked your login page, select the appropriate link based on your fund type:
Individuals, families, or businesses with donor advised funds click here.
Nonprofits, designated, or discretionary fundholders click here. - Enter your email address. At the login page, type in the email address where you have received this message and click continue. You’ll receive a notification that an email has been sent to your inbox. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/promotions folder.
- Check your email. Open your inbox to find the email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
- Verify your account. Click the Verify Your Account button in the email. This action confirms your email address and triggers another email that allows you to reset your password.
- Reset your password. Open the password reset email and click Confirm. This will direct you to a webpage where you can set and confirm your new password.
- Return to the login page. After you reset your password you will see a message that your password reset was successful, but you will not be automatically redirected to the DonorCentral log in page. Please use your bookmarked link or click the appropriate link in Step 1 above.
