Great news! We’re launching a brand-new donor portal this April, replacing DonorCentral with a more efficient and user-friendly experience. We emailed all registered DonorCentral users with key dates, expectations, and next steps. If you missed it, you can read the information here. Important DonorCentral Access Information
Our vendor, DonorCentral, recently implemented multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all users to improve security on your account.
- You have the option to skip this step for thirty days—the clock starts from your first login after 10/30/2024.
- When you enroll, you can choose between three methods for MFA: SMS (also known as text message), email, or an authenticator app. For ease of use, we recommend the SMS or email option, unless you are already familiar with using an authentication app.
- We have posted a short demo video below for how to set up SMS authentication.
- Written instructions for all three options are available on our vendor’s website.
Please note: On Wednesday, July 31st our DonorCentral service provider upgraded to a new server to enhance efficiency and security. All users need to reset their password if they haven’t done so since then. You can read instructions and more information at: vermontcf.org/DCmigration.
There are two login options. After selecting the correct portal link for your type of fund, we recommend you bookmark the login page in your browser.
Option 1: For Individuals, Families, Businesses (Donor Advised Funds)
Option 2: For Nonprofits or Designated and Discretionary Fundholders (All Other Funds Funds)
***Please note that your password will expire after 180 days of inactivity. Passwords do not expire if a user is active within 180 days. To reactivate your account, please click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page and follow the prompts to reset your password.***
