2025 Q4 Grant Recommendation and Distribution Request Deadlines

As we head into the busy season, we want to share the key dates for year-end grantmaking and distribution requests. December is our busiest time for grants, and we anticipate another high volume this year.

For Our Donor Advised Fundholders

If it’s important for you or your grant recipients that checks are mailed this year, we encourage you to submit your recommendations as early as possible. If exact timing isn’t important, you’re welcome to submit recommendations at your convenience.

Grant recommendations submitted: 

  • By October 10, 12 pm will be mailed the week of October 20
  • By October 24, 12 pm will be mailed the week of November 3
  • By November 7, 12 pm will be mailed the week of November 17
  • By November 21, 12 pm will be mailed the week of December 1
  • By December 1, 5:00 pm will be processed and mailed in this tax year.
  • Between December 2–8 5:00 pm: We’ll continue to process recommendations in the order received. If we receive an exceedingly high volume of grants, they may not be mailed in 2025.
  • After December 8: Any recommendations received after 5:00pm on December 8 will be mailed in January.

If it’s important for you that checks are mailed in this tax year, the earlier you submit requests, the better. Please reach out if you need assistance submitting your distribution request on time.

Distribution requests received by:

  • October 10, 12 pm will be mailed the week of October 20
  • October 24, 12 pm will be mailed the week of November 3
  • November 7, 12 pm will be mailed the week of November 17
  • November 21, 12 pm will be mailed in December
  • Distribution requests received after November 21 will be mailed in January
