VCF Donor Portal
Access your fund details anytime—view balances, statements, and history with ease. Donor Advised Funds can recommend and review grants, and nonprofit funds can quickly submit distribution requests.
Great news! We’ve launched a brand-new VCF portal, replacing DonorCentral with a more efficient and user-friendly experience.
We sent two emails to all registered portal users on May 7 around 12 p.m. (noon) ET.
- An automated email from the system with a personalized activation link to set your password (from philanthropy@vermontcf.org with the subject line: VCF Portal Access).
- An email from our team with helpful tips, links, and reminders for getting started with the subject line Today’s the Day: The New VCF Portal Is Now Live!
Getting Started in the New Portal
- The new VCF Portal site is here: vermontcommunityfoundation.my.site.com/login. Please bookmark it, and remove your old bookmark to DonorCentral (now deactivated).
- The email address you provide when you open your fund at the VCF will be your portal username. Once your portal access is set up, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to log in and set your password. This link will remain active for 24 hours. If it expires, you can request a new one by using the “Forgot Your Password?” option on the login page.
- Watch a short video for guidance on how to set your new password.
- Visit our portal resources page for additional video tutorials and user guides based on your fund type.
- Have ideas for new video tutorials or questions not covered in the resources? Let us know! You can submit a support request directly in the portal or email us at philanthropy@vermontcf.org
- If information is missing or different from what you expect, please reach out. We want to refine our systems and improve your experience.
Making Grant Recommendations and Distribution Requests
Upcoming grant recommendation and distribution request deadlines are always listed in the new portal.
- Monday, June 2nd at 12:00 noon – If you’d like to include a request in this round, we encourage you to submit it soon using the available tutorials or reach out to our team for assistance. If your request isn’t time sensitive, consider submitting it for the next grant recommendation and distribution request deadline in mid-June.
- Monday, June 16th at 12:00 noon
