VCF Donor Portal

Great news! We’ve launched a brand-new VCF portal, replacing DonorCentral with a more efficient and user-friendly experience.

We sent two emails to all registered portal users on May 7 around 12 p.m. (noon) ET.

• One automated email from the system with a personalized activation link to set your password (from philanthropy@vermontcf.org with the subject line: VCF Portal access). It was sent to the same address we had on file for your deactivated DonorCentral account. If you don’t see it, please check your spam, junk, and/or promotions folder. Still don’t see it? Reach out to us at philanthropy@vermontcf.org or 802-388-3355 opt. 5. 

• One email from our team with helpful tips, links, and reminders for getting started.

Getting Started in the New Portal

• The new VCF Portal site is here: vermontcommunityfoundation.my.site.com/login. Please bookmark it, and remove your old bookmark to DonorCentral (now deactivated). 

• Watch the short video above for guidance on how to set your new password. 

• Visit our portal resources page for additional video tutorials and user guides based on your fund type. 

• Have ideas for new video tutorials or questions not covered in the resources? Let us know! You can submit a support request directly in the portal or email us at philanthropy@vermontcf.org 

• If information is missing or different from what you expect, please reach out. We want to refine our systems and improve your experience. 

Looking Ahead – Making Grant Recommendations and Distribution Requests

• Monday, May 12 – First grant recommendation and distribution request deadline in the new portal. If you’d like to include a request in this round, we encourage you to submit it soon using the available tutorials or reach out to our team for assistance. 

• Late May – Fund statements for the first quarter will be available in the new portal. 

• Monday, June 2 – If your request isn’t time-sensitive, consider submitting it in time for the next grant recommendation and distribution request deadline in early June.
