Introducing the Nonprofit HelpDesk!

The Vermont Community Foundation, Common Good Vermont, Nonprofit Legal Hub, and Co-Lab are excited to announce the soft launch of the Nonprofit HelpDesk

The Nonprofit HelpDesk is a new statewide initiative designed to connect Vermont’s nonprofit organizations with timely and expert support and resources.

Nonprofit HelpDesk services include:

  • Real-time triage of nonprofit questions, with referrals to technical expertise, templates, tools, trainings, and other resources.
  • Support in distinguishing between legal, operational, program needs.
  • Light-touch guidance by an experienced HelpDesk Manager, supported by an Advisory Committee of experts.
  • Tracking of data from the inquiries to inform sector trends.

Any nonprofit can submit a question or request using the intake form.  They will receive a response within 48 business hours from a trained HelpDesk Manager. All information submitted is confidential.
