Director of Donor Impact
The director oversees the donor impact strategy, which supports and inspires fundholders to utilize their full charitable capacity with VCF. This includes developing effective fundholder stewardship strategies, measuring success in delivering donor services, and using data to continually enhance the stewardship program and inform product innovation. The director collaborates closely with the philanthropic advising team, grants and community impact team, finance team, and communications team, to develop processes, proposals, and content that align with fundholder and donor interests. They utilize technology and data systems to track donor preferences and inform stewardship plans and product development.

Executive Coordinator
The executive coordinator will serve as a central figure in the executive office, providing senior-level support to the President & CEO and the Executive Leadership team, and acting as the main contact for the VCF Board of Directors. This role demands a reliable, professional individual with outstanding communication, organizational, and office skills. Responsibilities include managing schedules and projects, coordinating travel and meetings, handling correspondence, tracking compliance, and supporting board activities. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in an executive administration role, excellent customer service and project management skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team.
